RETURNS POLICY
Here at Picklepeg, we aim to provide high-quality handmade goods. You may feel that you need to return an item, so please read the following information carefully.
You have 14 days from receipt to return a product.
Changing your mind
If you have changed your mind, then please contact us within 14 days to organise a return and refund/replacement.
You will need to return your jewellery in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged item, it is your responsibility to inform us within 14 days from receipt. If we deem this damage to have been caused by us or during delivery, a refund will be given.
Photographic evidence will need to be provided. We will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or general wear and tear.
Custom orders
Custom orders, commissions and personalised orders may not be returned unless they were damaged on arrival.
Earrings
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on earrings for health and safety reasons.
Delivery of Returns
Delivery methods are made at your own risk and we are unable to refund items lost in transit where they are not insured by you.
